Never Forget Dylan Rieder
A few years ago me and Shawn rode our motorcycles to Malibu to camp for a night. I went to take a wizz after setting up my tent and walked past a handsome dude who gave me a friendly nod. I said to myself “Holy shit, Dylan Rieder!”.
An hour later he walks into our campsite, introduces himself and sits at our picnic table. We shoot the shit for awhile and he invited us back to his site saying that him and his friend brought plenty of food and drinks if we wanted to hang out.
Shawn was dozing off so I walked over to Dylan’s campsite…
For being such a legend in my mind it was rad how welcoming he was. Dylan and I stayed awake til the sun came up listening to music and talking about bands and skate industry gossip. I felt like shit the next day but will never forget that night and what a rad dude he was. Just thought I’d share.
